I don’t normally write reviews but please avoid for servicing. Took my car in for a replacement light fitting which took about six weeks to sort because they ordered the wrong part for my Vauxhall. They also changed three tyres and ever since my car has shaken whilst driving above 50 mph. It’s been taken back twice and they claim to have fixed it but they haven’t. The prices are higher at main dealers and you expect a better service. Sadly not the case. I’d never recommend this garage to anyone.

The after sales care has been terrible. I've had several issues with my car since buying it and everytime I ring the gloucester branch to discuss and resolve the issues they say someone will ring me back and they never do furthermore it turns out I haven't received all the paperwork I was supposed to receive

Will not use again !!! Started hearing a noise from the engine bay booked it in . Nearest appointment was 3 and half weeks from then . Dropped off 1st thing that morning when it was due in. Went to pick up about 4:30pm expecting it to be done problem solved, to find out they were just doing the health check that i have no interest in as I know my van and know what needed doing which was bare minimal . I did not book my van in for this I booked it in to source the noise and fix the problem , this was stated when I booked it in . So they spent best part of and hour on my van in the whole day they had it didn’t find the problem I asked them to find and told me everything about my van that I already know . After all this we sorted a date for it to be looked at again at a slightly discounted rate as a gesture of goodwill . Within this time my engine then packed up completely . Absolutely disgusted with Vauxhall will never use again the company is awful from Sales to aftercare and to be honest don’t think anyone knows what they’re actually doing . As my work horse my van is looked after any problems they are sorted straight away, and this noise was a worry and and prompted me to book it in instantly. If Vauxhall did their job that I asked 1st time round I would not be in this situation ! Avoid Vauxhall Gloucester and Vauxhall in general !
