    Came in for a spare part (oil cap) the original had fallen into the engine compartment. While a replacement was not available they offered, unsolicited, to look inside for me & after 10 - 15 minutes they managed to retrieve original and then refused to take a payment for their endeavours. If you're looking for customer service - look no further. Thank you Baylis staff
