I had reason to get my Silhouette frames adjusted due to slight wear issues and Jonathan not only corrected then like new but as always with Duffield & Duffield there was no charge, it’s all part of their fantastic high level of service.

My appointment wasn't rushed, everything was explained throughout and a number of options presented at the end with no pressure to spend an additional large amount of money and then leave. This is the reason that I avoid the chain stores.
