  Unprofessional time wasters. We moved into a home that originally had a Bayfield front door installed which the previous owners relocated during a remodel which resulted in the door requiring maintenance. After 5-6 promises from Declan to send the maintenance team Chris arrived 1 month later to complete the assessment. Another 6 calls later to Declan he failed to provide a cost to complete the work which resulted in me making a final call on Friday 1 October 2021. I gave them a final chance provide a cost a cost before close of business Monday, still no call! I would not recommend them nor would I ever do business with them. We had planned to test them on a repair before getting them to quote for skylights and lantern roof, glad we avoided getting embroiled in potentially a much bigger issue. I would rate them 0 stars but google is generous and sets 1 star as standard.

  A very neglected house with rotten windows. We had to make arrangements long distance because of lockdowns. Declan and his team supplied and fitted windows the windows professionally and quickly keeping us in the loop at every stage. They went the extra mile throughout. Honest, hard working and a pleasure to do business with. The job was extremely competitively priced. I highly recommend this company, none better.

  The team couldn’t have done a better job. We needed replacement windows in four large bays and one tricky arched window. Declan took a great deal of time and effort to understand what we needed and to set out our options - even taking us to see another job in progress to help us visualise things. The windows we chose are lovely - great quality and very much in keeping with our Victorian house. The fitting team were great - they were really professional, treated my home with great respect and worked carefully around me while I ran Zoom meetings and ploughed through emails. Both interior and exterior finishing was to an excellent standard and I can’t recommend this team highly enough. I’m a very happy customer indeed! (Having just looked at other reviews I should also say that I can’t imagine anyone at Bayfield being aggressive - I never experienced anything but courteous professionalism).

  Bayfield have recently completed the fitting of some large sliding doors, a very large picture window and a glass cube for me. This was complex work that every other window firm, I'd contacted previously, refused to even quote on. The supply and fitting went well despite working around Covid restrictions and Bayfield promptly rectified the few teething problems that I had (due to the complex nature of the job) to my satisfaction. I would and will be using them again.

  Bayfield Bespoke completed the installation of Masterframe replacement sash windows in July and we could not be happier with our windows which have garnered much praise from neighbours. We also can’t say enough in praise of Bayfield whose guys were a pleasure to have around. Always working efficiently and clearing up impeccably after themselves. They went above and beyond to be sympathetic to the issues arising from installation in an old Victorian property and consulted us throughout over the best way around any difficulties that were thrown up. The craftsmanship of their finishing, especially on the tricky curved bay windows was superb. As we were in a conservation area the required restoration and encapsulation of the leaded light sections in the front of the house have proven to be exceptionally successful.

  Searched local suppliers and found "Bayfield Bespoke" and by chance spoke to a friend who had used them and they highly recommended them. I still got 4 different companies to give me quotes and was impressed with the pricing and the quick response to my enquiry.Price quoted was within my budget and the quality of materials shown to me were impressive. Years ago,in a different property, we endured a nightmare getting the job started and repeated delays with the fitters coming up with all manner of excuses. We were therefore over the moon with the team from Bayfield as they turned up on time every day, did a great job and were the tideist workers I have ever seen. The supply of Tea/Coffee/Biscuits and cake may have helped !!! but seriously the whole process went without a hitch and I could not speak highly enough about this team and would recommend them highly.   Avoid using this company and especially if you have children. We purchased 14 windows , a large curtain window , 3 sets of tilt and slide doors which were all supplied and fitted in 2018. On the 11th June 2018 shortly after we moved in the property I contact the company to say the windows do not have keys and did not lock on the 1st and 2nd floor and it is extremely dangerous and especially to my youngest children with the youngest being 6. We received an aggressive call asking us to pay the builder. We were totally shocked as we had already made full payment for the windows to the builder before they were fitted and have invoices to prove that. Since then we have asked many times for them to come back and fix the problems including the health and safety risk plus blown windows and scratches to windows that were acknowledged when first fitted. The owner of the company wrote recently refusing to fix the problem adding we owe a “welch of money to the builder “ which is totally untrue as we have paid in full and something he needs to sort out with the builder not us. Totally unprofessional , aggressive and poses a danger with widows not fit for purpose. Refuses to give FENSA certificate for warranty. Would not recommend
