Reason we booked bay tree hotel was for the balcony room and it didn’t disappoint. We had breakfast included as we booked direct with the hotel. Bathroom was newly refurbished and come with bath and a separate shower. Breakfast - plenty of choice my wife had cereal and fruit and I had the full English, my breakfast was cooked just how I like it and there was plenty on the plate. In the evening I went to shut the balcony door and just as I shut it the handle it broke, in the morning I mentioned it to the owner and by the time we had our breakfast a contractor was in our room fixing the handle. The tea , coffee and milk was topped up every day when we asked. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would have no problem returning back to bay tree hotel. Only thing I would recommend is a small wine fridge in the room would be a nice touch to finish it of. Thank you Danielle and Sakir

Just had a one night stay at the Baytree which we thoroughly enjoyed. The room was lovely and the view was great. Breakfast was okay lots of choice but the full kentish seemed to be a little well done and maybe pre prepared but was okay. The staff were very friendly and would definitely stay again.

It was lovely to stay at the Bay tree hotel. Bed was very comfortable breakfast delicious. .nicely decorated..not too far from the town or beach. Very nice and helpful people. Thanks to Robert and Alistair for their hospitality. Hope to see you again soon .
