    We had food tasting with Baytrees before we booked for our wedding, we really liked Julie and Sheldon as people and the food was delicious. We asked for some small changes to a sauce and the evening food and nothing was a problem at all. Our wedding was last week at Reach Court Farm and the food... was just amazing. The presentation, the quality of food and the evening burgers went down an absolute treat with our guests. Julie met us at the venue the day before and she was just so lovely and helped us with a couple of ideas we were unsure of-nothing to do with the food but just shows they are part of the wider celebration. Everyone who commented on the food said it was the best wedding food they had eat. The team were so attentive and friendly. The Chef, Sheldon made an appearance and asked people if they enjoyed the food. This was lapped up by our guests who were well impressed. Thank you so much Julie, Sheldon and the team, you really made our day special.

    Avoid this caterer at all costs. Really unprofessional service from them, let us down last minute as they changed all the pricing, and kept trying to add in extra costs which were unwarranted. After questioning about the additional costs, they did not even answer emails/phones for a week when i got an email response saying they weren't interested in the job anymore. It is sad that after spending so long planning an event with them, they let us down and we have to start the process again. Having now spoken to a few other caterers in Kent, Baytree are renowned for changing prices once you have agreed the details. Tread with caution.
