I'd really recommend this firm. I've been with them several years and have had good working experiences. Their online ‘portal' system is easy to navigate. They offer free online training of good quality in a range of areas. They are easy to contact by phone or email and I've found them people friendly. They work with a good range of schools in different catchment areas. They realise that people may want to work different amounts or in different areas and they do their best to accommodate this. I'm just with this Agency and have plenty of work most of the academic year.

This agency are far from professional. I worked for them for a longer term post last year at this point all was fine, when I then left the school (they didn't tell me my maternity cover post was over, the school did!) They didn't have any worked lined up for me. I went back to another agency which have always been fab and they had work for me straight away. Had huge issues with my Holiday pay and the staff weren't helpful at all, infact were very rude. Received ridiculous amounts of texts daily about working to which I had already stated I could not do and when I eventually blocked the number Ann from Bay felt it appropriate to contact my mum and my ex partner who are listed as emergency contacts which I feel is a huge breech of my personal information as this was not in any way an emergency. Nothing but harassment and stress from this company. Such a shame.

The first agency in the area to announce paying the new supply rate whilst other agencies were secretive, dishonest or didn't even understand themselves. At Bay you don't get a swishy sales pitch, where you are sure you are being wooed, it's more down to earth and genuine. The text system for supply work is so convenient. I have been very happy with them.

The registration is easy and quick and I was given work immediately. Within 2 weeks they offered me a long term post which I still am currently in. Had one issue with holiday pay but staff were so helpful and went out of their way to correct this. Would highly recommend as an agency.
