We had some issues with the water in our pond, we could hardly see the fish. When I called the store, the lady put me in touch with Clive, who I believe is part of same business, and he came round to have a look. What Clive doesn't know about ponds isn't worth knowing! It's clear that he's been in the business for many years and he knew straight away that our filter wasn't up to scratch - we had an all-in-one pump and filter. Clive did everything for us and now we have lovely clear water all year round. Since he installed the pump there was an issue with some water escaping. He came over next day and it turned out this was my own fault because I'd moved the pipe in the wrong way. He made the pipe more secure and didn't even charge us (but of course I insisted on giving him something to have a drink!). You won't find anyone in Kent better for pond maintenance!

First time I went to this shop extremely lovely people to assist or help . A lovely range of fish in tanks for fish keepers . You can see how passionate they are with care for the fish in the tanks would definitely shop here again . And would highly recommend anyone keeping fish or wanting to keep fish to go to this shop . They cater for an array of things from sea fishing angling to tropical fish plus All you need to start you off . Made me feel very welcome .
