A very pleasant place to be on a sunny day it's a tennis club and it's a small and friendly club with players at every level :-) in the current weird and wonderful world that we find ourselves in it is great that tennis is now allowed but it's singles only some closed courts so there is an empty court between players and booking is essential. Some tennis clubs are a bit snooty and cold towards new members and it's years until you are accepted into the fold 😂 it is not like that here and everyone I have encountered bar one have been really helpful pleasant and happy to have a chat :-) top marks to them for getting their act together and make the set up all covid proof hand-wash at every point and clear rules in place - bravo to you and am looking forward to being able to shake some hands over the net soon 😂 or maybe it's socially distant singles forever :-( then again I do prefer singles just the socially distant thing that is less appealing :-) the courts are tarmac some love them some don't but they are in great condition and they drain fast :-) but if you have dodgy knees then they may present a challenge or just stop running so hard :-) they have an online booking system that works and joining is easy and all online it took me two minutes :-) hard to fault :-)
