I would suggest finding other engineers to service your heat pump, if that’s what you are after. I had three appointments booked with Baxter- the first the engineer was so late he then cancelled m, the second the engineer was sick and apparently no one else could come and today they were due at 9am - I had to ring them to then be told the engineer should arrive by 10.30am. They show a complete lack of organisation and appreciation of the work time that I have wasted, waiting for them. Other, more professional bodies elsewhere.

We have used Baxter heat pumps for all our properties for a few years. Adam and Peter in the office are extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Simon and Lewis are extremely experienced engineers who identify and fix problems straight away. They are always very responsive, professional and efficient. As part of our annual service they give us discounted rates for repairs and offer a 24 hour telephone service for engineer advice which is very helpful during cold winter nights!!! Contacted via Nibe for an air source heat pump system service. Their customer service was excellent and prompt. On the appointment day, the engineer explained the control panel settings and their correct use, all of the system was thoroughly checked, cleaned and everything was tidied up.I would highly recommend using this company and we will certainly be using them again going forward. Each time they were very responsive and friendly, keeping me informed throughout. When I called them, there was always a helpful employee to pick up the phone within seconds.
