The are in logistics allegedly but only thing they dont understand is logistics. Bought a desk. Liked the style so paid a lot for it. When it arrived the holes were misaligned and it was impossible to fix one of the sides on. I really think this is not worth the money. If you pay £350 for a desk you expect it to be faultless

I received a Salem Walnut Shoe Cupboard with multiple faults, a cracked side panel, a cracked internal strut, a door hinge with a screw missing, a wobbly door, a shelf not even fitted (just left loose inside the cupboard) and lots of scuff marks, clearly no one has bothered to check the unit was built correctly before shipping it, unbelievable for £479. Never again. I took a refund and waited 10 days for the collection to happen. Rubbish quality/service all round.

Bought a Baumhaus Roscoe shoe cupboard in Oct-19 via another company (Trackpack) who get them straight from the manufacturer, Baumhaus. The delivery Kinetics is Baumhaus' own delivery company who also delivered the item. It came damaged. I got sent a replacement some weeks later which also came damaged. I complained after the second time and was offered a £50 reduction if I chose to keep it. I mentioned I would like a replacement or would only accept it for £50. A third replacement came some weeks later, which amazingly was also damaged (split front panel near hinge). I was extremely disappointed as the design actually is quite lovely but quality checking was lacking (even though you would expect there to be extra attention if this was the first replacement). I asked for a refund from Trackpack and they said they would contact Baumhaus to arrange collection - this took a number of weeks. I requested that since I was given daytime slots for the most part I could no longer keep these times open for the same time for what was essentially a fourth trip (aside from one time, all the times were in working hours and I work full time, like most people). I was told previously they couldn't control it and was offered two slots during the days I work which I turned down and then early January 2020, the piece was finally collected and I was given a refund. Having moved into a new home and needing to buy a lot of furniture, I have lost faith in this company.

BE CAREFUL! I have ordered a pack of chairs, checked package in front of a driver, and they came damaged. Refused to accept the delivery. To my surprise after like two weeks I was told the package is delivered and signed for. I have asked by email for delivery truck CCTV footage and my signature to be matched with the ones from previous deliveries, but they're not respodning to my emails. That's what I call poor customer service. All in all I have paid for close to £200 for items that I've never recieved.
