    Thank you for the fantastic 10th birthday laser tag party for our son! We added all the extras for him and 13 of this friends and it was worth it. Staff are attentive and talk everyone through the process and have made the whole experience a breeze. We would definitely return for another fun filled experience . Would highly recommend!

    We took 14 kids to do laser tag for a 10th birthday party. It was brilliant, the kids absolutely loved every second and could be as loud as they wanted. We asked for every extra option they had and wasn't disappointed, a good bunch of guys working there that made sure everything was ready. Personally I thought it was reasonably priced, it worked out £30 a child which some would say is expensive but that includes the pizzas and everything else and it was an experience I wouldn't of been able to do in a village hall or anything and we had zero stress. We will have another party there for sure. Highly Recommend

    Just returned from my sons 8th Birthday Nerf party at Battlezone, and I can’t rate it enough. Everyone had an amazing time, adults included! And the package you get is amazing value for money. The souvenir group photo was an especially nice touch. I 100% recommend this company and venue for chaos, carnage, and all out fun!

    My partner spent £207 pounds here, for a group of 16, and although the experience was brilliant: there was a member of staff that made the whole event bitter. To start things off, I go by a different name than my legal name- due to personal reasons- and when I was putting down my name on the sign in sheet, I took a couple seconds to decide the name I were to use. The owner then proceeded to poke fun at this, belittling me in front of the group we had brought in. He seemed to look down on me from the get-go and this made me incredibly uncomfortable. Next, we were all sat in the waiting area as everyone signed themselves in and a member of our group had gone to the toilet. The owner/ manager walked to face us and to give us instructions and I informed him that we were still waiting on some people. He rolled his eyes, spoke to me as if I were a child and proceeded to tell me he was just going to speak to us. A blatant lie, some effort to humiliate, and then he began to direct us into the game area as well as to wear hats. This information wasn't received easily by the member he so easily disregarded. To continue this trend, when explaining the electronics prior to playing a game apparently worth over £200, he bent down in front of me and shouted with his shrill voice, if I understood. Spoken down to, as if I were incapable. I understand the need for this question, in a way I appreciate it, but what I do not appreciate is being spoken to as if I had the iq of the very gun he was holding. The last straw for me is when I find out, shortly after arriving home, that he had made a snide comment behind my back to my brother- only 13 years old. Saying "Is she always like this, can't make up her bloody mind?". I understand a joke, usually I would find this funny, but the rude, ungrateful overseer of our experience singled me out. Have a problem with me is ok but to make my entire group uncomfortable along side it, is what pushed me to make this review. The games were brilliant but this was only because the owner was not there.

    9 year old's birthday party - the kids had a brilliant time, the organisers were able to adjust the experience to make it a bit easier for some of the more timid ones. When they left, half of them wanted to come back for their own birthdays. Older brother and a friend joined in too and had a great time. Tea and coffee (and biscuits) included for the adults while we were waiting. Overall 10/10 would definitely book for a kids' party again.

    We booked a party here for my son and his friends. We've done this sort of party before, in Medway and Aylesford in Kent, but Ashford is by far the best. Very friendly & helpful staff, excellent facilities plus the party was very reasonable and organised superbly. I really can't recommend this enough. The battle zone area is outstanding with its layout, so much so the adults wanted to have a go. If you want a fun filled, hassle free party, look nowhere else!
