As stall holders at the Xmas fair we moved from the tipi to the barn as advised due to the smoke potentially damaging our fabric goods. Only to have a fire lit out side the barn smoke pouring in due to idiots putting green foliage on the fire thus has now made our stock stink of smoke. We may aswell have stayed where we were going to originally be if this was the case. The owners response was "can't help what way the wind blows" no apology or dea how to potentially rectify it. All in all very rude and badly organised. I have spoken to a few stall holders and many have said the same. Avoid it if you value your stock. The owner doesn't care they have your money no loss to them.

Visited on Saturday to their first Christmas Market available every weekend until Christmas. The Garden Shed Bakery offered a wonderful choice of Gluten free Food that you can pre-order , I can honestly say the Stilton and Walnut Scones were very tasty and there was loads of choice here. Four of us had a good wander round and it was all very nicely laid out with quite a lot of stalls. There was a nice choice on offer to eat and drink here and the bar was open with Mulled Wine and Mulled Cider and a lovely Coffee stall. Beautiful hand made gifts were available inside the Tipee, it's a nice trip out and worth a visit. Great off road parking!

Lovely and very festive Christmas fair today. Loads of stalls with a great assortment of different items to purchase. Food vans with plenty of seating indoors and outside, and even a brass band playing Christmas music. Amazing Christmas trees at such reasonable prices. Childrens area for santa letters and photo area. Definitely worth a visit

Amazing venue if you are after a converted barn or a large open space to have tipis or marquee etc the possibilities are endless. This venue is taking shape nicely and I am looking forward to the transformation in the next few years adding the spa, cafe, rooms and more.. this venue is one to watch and get booked in asap and have your dream wedding.
