Really disappointed. My friend and I both had the eggs benedict Royal - eggs were hard/overcooked and whole plate of food was stone cold. My coffee was horrid and there was very little of it in the cup. It was a very expensive meal. I complained about the cold food and received a 'sorry' from the waitress but no form of compensation or real worry that our meal was dreadful. I will never visit this place again as a result of that attitude. I've only given it one star as I can't do the review if I don't award it something - in reality, I would give it nothing.

Staff seem miserable, overstretched and clearly not motivated by their boss/es. I was totally ignored despite 4 different staff making eye contact with me, so obviously I walked out.
