Tried to place an order this evening with a discount code sent by BatteryStation for use today. Could find nowhere on the order form to input the code before entering payment details. Called for guidance at 17.10 but answerphone said "call back during office hours 9.00 until 17.30". Sent email to customer services and await a reply. So far very dissapointed as cannot use discount code.

This is the first time I have bought batteries from the BatteryStation and everything was first class (service/product/packing). I need 9V batteries, but most makes (branded or otherwise) are fractionally to wide to fit freely into the individual "pods" of my electrical device (a metal detector). However the Procell ones are a perfect fit ..... I have just ordered 20 more !

i paid for next day delivery, and with no surprise it didn't come and not only that but there is no way to speak to a real person on the phone, the system is absolutely shocking. "if you try to ring it say please press star to speak to an operator then it says please record a message, then it hangs up the phone. i did a 1 item order and now i am flying off tomorrow and i wont have what i paid for. the problem doesn't stop there not only is that not a proper tracking number (Parcelforce), they are even worst for me to speak to someone i have to have an account with them. i want the refund back for the next day delivery.
