Realised immediately after placing order that battery was wrong size. Notified company immediately but they said it was too to cancel order late but they would refund me if I sent it back. I returned it and got 1.75 refunded although originally paid £37

Excellent service. I ordered a battery to replace one that was 10 years old. The website directed me to the new product that replaced the previous battery. I was a little nervous becasue of the 1 star reviews on Google - but shuldn't have been. The website said it might take up to 6 days - but the battery arrived the following day by DPD. The battery fitted perfectly - I even got a follow up e-mail to check I had recived the battery! I cannot fault the service, price nor product. I would highly recommend and will use again.

I brought a battery from this company which said it matches my exact bike. When I fitted it it was way too large. I contacted BatteryClerk to ask for a refund and to advise they change their description and their response was that its MY FAULT for not measuring the space. The whole point of providing a description TO MATCH THE EXACT MAKE AND MODEL OF THE BIKE is so that you shouldn't NEED to measure it! Absolutely avoid this company it's a scam

Bought a battery off this company for my bike. It arrived flat. Tried to charge it up but ended up having to buy a new battery from another supplier. Sent the battery back to them who stayed the battery was not faulty and only refunded 7.88 of £37 owed. Absolutely fuming. They do not answer their phone and do not answer questions when you email. Trying to dob me off! Not likely..
