Rude, unhelpful, sarcastic,liar . Tried to tell me my watch backing was damaged, AFTER he tried to take it it off. Turns out he's not got very good eyesight as the plastic protective cover was still on it (as it was a brand new watch) then he started arguing with me and became a sarcastic old man! Extremely patronising! NEVER use his services again!
