I went to see Dr Ari just over 12 weeks ago with pain in my lower back, hip and shoulder, and an overall feeling of low energy and mood. 12 weeks after with 2 adjustments a week I am feeling 100 times better. Lower back pain completely gone, hip and shoulder reduced to almost none. Besides the obvious issues, getting adjusted has helped with my overall state of wellbeing, relaxation, sleep, energy and many more. I could not recommend Dr Ari and the team strongly enough.

I was dubious when first going to a chiropractor as I really did not know what to expect. From my first appointment with Dr Ari, he took the time to talk me through all aspects of what he does, he asked many questions to gain an understanding of why I was there, xrays were taken, photos to look at my very poor posture. I decided to go to a chiropractor for my posture and back pain, as a 27 year old, the daily pain and discomfort I feel does not seem normal for my age, and Ari could see that to. But after attending regular adjustments with Dr Ari there is so much more that he has helped me with. I suffered from severe bloating which has eased so much, improved sleep and stress management, my back and neck pain is definitely easing, and my posture is improving. Fully correcting my posture will take time, but I am completely confident in Ari's chiropractic ability to continue this improvement. I am so grateful for the work Ari has done and continues to do with me, and would highly recommend him to anyone. I would also like to mention that the reception staff are so lovely. They are accommodating, always welcoming and give a brilliant first impression when you walk through the door.
