Nice enough but lacked specific areas of interest eg a copse with fountains or statues. A bit expensive when it is just trees and asked twice about donating 10% or gift aid. I think the entrance fee is quite enough. Also very hilly so a bit of a trial on a very hot day. I've been to better. Best thing is it is dog friendly including the cafe which makes a pleasant change.

Beautiful haven with gorgeous views, delightful planting and such diversity of trees, both rare and favourites. Interesting history too. Great cafe for lunch with generous indoor and outdoor space and options for gluten and dairy free.

Stunningly beautiful collection of exquisite trees from all over the world I regularly visit Westonbirt Arboretum - once monthly or even more often and am a member. Batsford is a partner arboretum, i.e. free entrance for members. Visited for the first time yesterday with friends - spent about 5 1/2 hrs and didn't see all of it. Stunning stunning stunning.

We recently took a group of photographers to the Batsford Arboretum (this was actually our second visit) as part of our workshops and there was nothing but fantastic reviews! Claire & the team were a great help with the arrangements which gave us lots of opportunities to take photos of the beautiful gardens. Our students are already asking if they can go back again soon! Thank you ^Stephen
