Complete and utter money grabbers. My Aunt had her scooter delivered. Never used and still brand new condition. She unfortunately passed away in less than 2 months yet this company had no interest in the scooter being returned. We were not expecting even 50% of what was paid but they had no interest in looking passed company policy and showing any moral after sales support. Very much of take your money and run Would never recommend this company

Unscrupulous, my 84 year old mother paid in full with a deliver date set. Called to check what time the deliver would be, to be told we can't have the scooter as someone else came in and paid cash. In their words business is business so they sold them the physical scooter and would then order another for us. They had full payment on the day, agreed a delivery time but clearly thought an 84 year old lady was a pushover so happy to fob her off. Our family have travelled over 100 miles to buy the scooter. Drove 120 miles over the weekend to clear out her garage for the scooter and had booked a day off for Wednesday the 2nd of June the delivery date to facilitate the delivery and help my mother get use to her new scooter. Beyond disappointed and feel we have been taken advantage of. I would most certainly not recommend them
