Unprofessional and rude. After initial assessment to get our front door fixed he quoted us a price and told us what would be included. On the day, was unsure about pricing. Didn't include handle as he had promised, so husband didn't want to pay full amount. The amount that was agreed on was fine with him. He took cash and left. However, 5 minutes later, what was supposed to have been "fixed" was back to square one. Husband rang and he said, "tough luck". Agreed to come if we paid extra, but changed mind after we spoke again. Became rude and hostile, said he won't be coming, didn't offer a refund and told us not to call him again. I spoke to him politely and wasn't rude but Ian was so rude and unprofessional. Worst service ever.
