Ordered a towel rail a moth ago that still hasn't been delivered. Had to order for a new one in the meantime in order for my bathroom to be done and not pay extra cost in labour. This is a company who charges £90 for delivery. I paid £200 in total and now they refuse to refund me. I've already lost so much money this is not acceptable.

I couldn’t recommend Bathshed more! I purchased vertical radiators and LED mirrors for my new bathrooms. My order was delivered the next day and the items are of high quality. The staff I spoke to on the phone were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Other family members have purchased full bathroom suites from Bathshed too and they received the same service and product quality. The items I purchased were to replace last minute cancellations from an order placed and confirmed with Bathshack. I wish I had purchased my entire bathroom suites from Bathshed from the beginning.

February 2021 - Had a fairly poor experience using this company over the last 4 weeks, spent nearly £1k on 4 items. The first delivery was incorrect and had to replaced. The second delivery seemed to resolve the problem until we unpackaged a shower tray to find it had damage. On the third attempt the correct tray was delivered however was the wrong size but this wasn't discovered until after the plumber had it fitted. Communication couldn't have been better with the sales guys but will not be using this company again after this experience. Products appear to be of good quality.
