  **WARNING ** We have bought an 800mm vanity unit from them for a client it arrived smashed to pieces, they had photos sent within the hour, but cant refund until its back with them £400 down, they persuaded me to purchase another one for £400 & pay £15 for a next day delivery, I have just had a call from their couriers, to say that has been smashed to pieces on the way to us, Spoke to them & again they want me to buy another one, no refunds until they have them back at their depot, I asked if we bought another one, could they get it to us next day as promised and paid for< BUT NO cant do that, we dont have that option, so we have a 79 year old lady with no bathroom over the bank holiday weekend, the guy I spoke to is reading from a script I asked him to think outside the box to find a solution, but his words were I cant do that, You have been warned !

  If i could give zero stars i would. Dont even know where to start with this company… my plumber bought our bathroom furniture from this company as his usual company was out of stock and it was the closest possible match to what we wanted. He ordered it in may 2022, it arrived and it had an ever so slight mark on it where the mdf was exposed. We complained and asked for a new one, we were sent a replacement part which meant the unit had to be dissembled even though it came fully assembled which isnt ideal anyhow changed the part. It did it again, it took so long to organise getting a replacement unit by this point the entire front had came off as steam was getting into the exposed part making it worse and worse (see photo) we got a second unit, waited weeks and it came and was damaged, another week without a sink or water, waited for another unit that arrived but the door was damaged. Was told they’d send us another door, sent another, damaged, and another, damaged, and another, damaged. We had 3 replacement doors which we actually end up paying for extra and they said that they were acceptable. No you dont pay for things to arrive damaged. Anyway 8 months down the line still no further forward refusing to send anymore doors. They said they’d take the unit back and refund us. I agreed, they then said they wouldnt take the sink. I argued and said but the sink was bought as a package with the unit and was no use to me. They replied with you can use it with another unit. Also were deducting money off for the amount of time youve have the unit… so instead of the £346.80 i paid they’d give me a refund of £102, I only had the unit that amount of time because its took so long to get replacement parts as theyre all damaged. They wernt just a little damaged, they had scratches all over them, bashed corners, chunks out of them and all sorts got all of the pictures and a loft full of spare bloody damaged doors. Their emails are terrible along with every other form of communication. Literally you’d be better of setting fire to your money then spending it on their products. Ive had trading standards involved not alot they can do really because theyre not refusing to co operate. The whole thing is just one joke. The overarching message is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Unless you want months of hell, sending emails backwards and forwards for the most ridiculous reply’s. Both me and my plumber are absolutely sick of our lives with them. They go by the name of bathroom takeaway and plumb galaxy. They sell their items through mano mano and ebay as well as their own website.

  Honestly, terrible. I ordered 5 radiators from them through ManoMano. One was defective. Whoever writes their emails can hardly string a sentence together. They said they wont give me a refund until they collect it. They wont collect it unless its removed and in its original packaging. Im not an electrician, i have no idea how to de-wire an electric radiator and remove it. I had to pay someone to (after paying someone to install it). Their courier hasn't turned up two "confirmed" days now, the the company claiming my concierge Peter sent the courier away.....my concierge is called Jenny.

  I bought 2 radiators from this company online through a website calling Mano Mano. After spending 3 weeks trying to track down where they came from I was led to Bathroom Take Away. The first radiator lasted for 2 years then broke down the second radiator was dead on arrival. Unfortunately I was busy at the time and didn't manage to contact them until after the warranty had expired. Even after offering to pay for the repair the company offered me no support and couldn't even give me the details of the manufacturer
