We popped into the showroom on our way to another bathroom company... but five minutes after browsing the showroom and speaking with Hayley we knew we were staying. A warm welcome and a totally professional but casual introduction made it an easy choice. Hayley designed an exceptional ensuite that we wouldn't have achieved without her. We had the bonus of renovating our house from scratch and could therefore enjoy a certain freedom when deciding the layout and didn't need to stick to a previous template. However...a multitude of options presents questions about whether utilities, pipework, electrics and all other trades can work within the design aspirations. Hayley proved that she has a brilliant head for the technical and building elements of a new bathroom as much as the aesthetics. We chose their fitters to install the bathroom and the fit team were equally fabulous. Punctual, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. First class service from Hayley and the whole team. I would highly recommend.

I have to say that they delivered on every element of this claim. The quality of their workmanship, organisation & communication was excellent. They also employ really nice people. Rick and the installation team were fantastic, all questions answered, requests completed and the finish speaks for itself. We love our new bathroom and shower room, we can close the door and imagine being in a 5* hotel. Absolutely amazing showroom best in Essex. Dealt with Hayley Finch who was brilliant. She knew her stuff had great technical knowledge and knew her products.Despite us not using the store to fit our bathrooms nothing was too much trouble and there was no hard sell. Cannot fault customer service.The delivery team, were efficient and brought everything indoors. Go see Hayley cannot recommend this showroom enough. We would definitely use them again in future .
