I would give Kitchen & Bathroom Store the lowest rating they could possibly be due the lack of trust in product and very poor customer service delivered. We have been waiting for items to arrive nearly 3 months now, Items which we did receive were damaged and poor quality. Units and doors had to be cut again in size, due to the incorrect measurements taken from the staff member. This led to purchasing other kitchen appliances carefully as space was vital when that was not an issue before. Completely unacceptable. Bath store failed to deliver the “perfect kitchen” as promised which is a shame as the upfront cost was given. Please save your time and money and DO NOT visit such place in Luton.
