Their website was really good. Allowed me to quickly search and find what I needed. Only problem is the quality of their products doesn't live up to the price. We had many door hinges missing, toilet would not flush properly and I am very busy with my works and couldn't be bothered to travel again 2 hours to argue about hinges. What I liked, I was able to place order and pickup next day. I wish the goods were bit more quality.

Jamies has exemplary customer service skills and his knowledge on the products he sells is second to none, not only that but his after sales care that he supported us with due to issues with our builder has meant that we have an exceptional looking bathroom. Excellent service and reasonable prices. Items delivered on expected date by a very personable driver. One item had a fault which was replaced more or less immediately thanks to Beth who was very helpful, polite and understanding.

Poor, avoid. Taking them to court now as charged for next day delivery and they sent me some wrong items in the order but refused to refund the next day charges which I will not try and get back via small claims court. Appalling customer service. Now, they do not reply to emails just decided to ignore me. AVOID if you don't want to get in the same situation in case something goes wrong.
