Fantastic service from Lee @ Bath Zone. I walked in, said I was having my bath ripped out and shower put in and didn’t know where to start and what to order. I told Lee my budget and he was able to give me a very competitive price for a what was needed. The products are good quality too. I am thrilled in out the renovation turned out! The best measure of a company isn't just the ability to politely and efficiently sell great products but also the ability to react when things don't go quite right. With the Covid lockdown, Bathzone very kindly kept hold of some bathroom furniture through the summer until we could have it fitted but - alas - we only discovered a problem (not their fault) with one of the items on unboxing it 6 months later. Even though the time that had past had made this more challenging, the guys at Bathzone didn't quibble but reached out to the manufacturer to arrange a replacement which was sorted out very quickly. Aside from the excellent service, this local company has friendly, expert staff, a large showroom with plenty of design options from quality manufacturers and offers competitive pricing. Do check them out.

His product knowledge is excellent, the range they offer caters for all budgets and the price offered is very competetative. Lee always went above and beyond to ensure that I got the right products at the right price delivered to my door. WE LOVE OUR BATHROOM!!!!. The staff at Bath Zone really know their business, we didn't have a clue about what was available, and they guided us through the process without stress, and even did us a 3D plan of how our bathroom would look when finished. being an independent, they were able to offer us the choice that we weren't able to find in some of the national chains. Delivery arrived when they said it would, and everything was handled with extreme care. prices were very good also. We would totally recommend this company without hesitation.
