Bath panel was fir a jacuzzi. In box advises not suitable for mucus’s I. Nobody answers phone. Refund was eventually minus restocking feels plus had to fund return costs…..total rip off company. Panels MDF

Please do not use this company, I have never been met with such indifference after they delivered a damaged bath panel. I found the panel was damaged after is was unpacked, implying it was damaged prior to being sent out. It then took various emails ( as telephone went straight to answer service telling you to email - live chat does not exsist) The carrier DX took four attempts at delivery despite me being given less than eight hours notice I was in the house. When they did deliver, it was left at my door again when I was in, no knock to say delivery nothing and this during the worst weather all year. And Brendan of the bath panel throughput the whole process couldn't care less, avoid this company at all cost. Stewart Graham

Avoid at all costs. Phone line is never answered. Live chat never operates. Emails not answered. My shower door is way past its delivery date and there is no sign of it. I am concerned they are out of business or are a scam/fraud.
