Vinnie is a young rescue dog, so we were quite nervous about how he’d cope with overnight stays away from his home and family; but we needn’t have worried, he loved Bath Country Pets from the minute he set foot in the place! He instantly felt at ease and got down to the important business of making new furry friends and lapping up the attention and cuddles from all the staff. BCP provides a ‘home away from home’ in a beautiful and secure setting, run seamlessly by an expert team. The daily updates and photos are just so cute and it’s so reassuring to know that while we’re away on holiday, he’s also living the dream!

Wonderful! I can’t tell you how much of a difference it makes to us to know our two dogs are safe and well looked after. We wouldn’t leave them with anyone else. Fantastic facilities, separate day and night areas. Paddocks, fields and plenty of shaded outside areas to play and relax in. Bud and Olive stayed during a very very hot period and were kept cool and safe enjoying early morning time in the paddock, & lots daily mental stimulation. They were fortunate to enjoy air conditioning, cool mats / coats , paddling pools, liki mats, puppy frozen yog & of course doggy sun cream. They both received lots of 1:1 attention during the hot weather. The ‘pupdates’ from Sian & the team were the highlight of our day, we were totally reassured of their well-being (allowing us to relax) We really loved the daily email and pictures. The communication overall is superb. Bud & Olive both returned from Bath Country Pets with bright eyes and beautiful coats. Obviously we haven’t been forgiven for going on holiday but I must say I think they secretly enjoyed their 5 star stay! Fully recommend 🐾 🐾
