Went here on Tuesday afternoon to get some treats for the train journey back home. The shop assistant was very welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable about the products when I asked a question. The Brookies were absolutely incredible.

I am not sure of the woman's name but when I entered the shop with my friend I had cash in my hand looking to buy something in the shop. One of the women said that it was card only so I obviously got my card out. The other woman who was on the till started to laugh about me getting my card out and very clearly started to talk about me practically right infront of my face. This was on 25/02/2023 at approximately 15:30. She had a ponytail in with 2 strands of hair coming out the front. Absolutely terrible experience and did not buy anything from the shop.

We went at noon to get some milkshakes because we had been told well about this place, but it was a disastrous deal. The milkshake was good but the shop assistant had a super bad treatment for us. We were a few friends and we saw how she poured milk that was not in good condition in addition to the fact that one of us only put milk with cream instead of chocolate. We will not return because he also made us pay in advance. Horrible experience!!

To begin with, I am a Spanish student and they did not treat me with dignity because I did not understand English very well. Today at 3:30 p.m. I went to this establishment where both ladies have treated me quite badly. I was accompanied by 4 other girls and they treated us very unpleasantly. I very politely ask for 5 KINDER milkshakes, she made us pay BEFORE consuming it. Not to mention that my friend only got milk and cream without chocolate or anything. In short, a disgusting place, after drinking the milkshake I had a stomach ache. I'm sorry if the review is not well written I repeat again that I am Spanish and I am not good at English
