This is our local Chemist, the shop itself is poorly stocked and out of the three items I bought the assistant had to go and find the price, several minutes each time. The pharmacy is usually short of at least one item when picking up a prescription.

Member of staff refused to identify themselves and what their role was. Very argumentative and confrontational. This member of staff suggested we were liars, also did not want to provide information about the correct type of medicine that would be suitable, in direct opposition to what a pharmacy should be doing. He was very pushy and wanted to push us down a route that would have compromised the medication provided. He ignored the directions on the prescription given by the doctor and gave weak excuses. He refused to order the correct medication as detailed by the doctor on the prescription. Unwilling to be helpful and even consider that he had made a error. He was unable to answer basic questions and was determined to open a packet of medication that didn't need to be. This left us feeling very upset and distressed by the experience. We will be going elsewhere.

Why did Mrs Sunak go? I have had loads of trouble with mine and my sons prescriptions since she left. Everything from losing the script to not being able to get hold of the medication and being sent to a different pharmacy! I have been patient due to the pandemic but quite frankly have had enough and will now take my business elsewhere
