Our first time buying from Bassett Autos but we spotted a car we liked and based on reviews we took a look. Nav gave us a fair PX on our old car and we we're delighted when we picked up our new car to drive home... But on the drive home the car had a problem. We rang Nav and he said he would get it sorted and for us to not worry. When he and his garage looked at it they couldn't find the fault but sure it was something with the 4WD. So naturally we were concerned. Nav suggested we use the main dealer, which we did, and they found the problem and fixed it. Nav, true to his word sorted the bill straight away even though it was expensive and we now have our car driving beautifully. I have to say, that given the horror stories you hear about used car dealers, this in no way applies to Bassett Autos. Nav was always reassuring and was adamant that he wanted us to be happy no matter how much it cost him. He totally came through on his promise and we are very happy indeed. Nav is one of a kind. A truly honest dealer and I have no hesitation in recommending him to everyone and I will definitely come back when it's time to change car again.

Absolutely awful experience Purchased a car on finance that had faults The car could not be fixed ..after waiting 5 weeks never got the car...Should the car not have been checked over prior to it being advertised for sale . Still waiting for the funds to be returned to the finance company.. The car is now back on sale...buyer be very aware
