If you need to visit this solicitor, make sure you have a wee before you go in. They refuse to allow you to use theirs. Childish, don't you think ?

Had a really positive experience involving the purchase of a complicated leasehold flat , Nigel Higgins was very professional and knowledgeable and we knew he had our backs during the purchase process. Yasmin kept us informed every step of the way, would highly recommend and will use again.

Attentive until they have the deposit, then the estate agent has to do all the chasing. Almost 12 months to exchange contracts, and almost lost the buyer in the process. Then messed up the invoicing once we completed. Definitely would not recommend.

Called about an enquiry for a client. I started to ask a question, the receptionist cut me off literally mid sentence stating the correct person I needed to speak to wasn't there so to call back on Monday. I actually had more questions pertaining to other issues and other clients. Needs educating in customer service and just generally how to be polite. Will NOT be sending them any work if this is how they deal with their actual customers on the very first phonecall.
