Complete utter rubbish. I think the customer service agents go through a crash course on how to be as rude as possible. Very unhelpful, it's taken me 2 calls to try and get my bin emptied as it was logged as 'not out' the first time I called when it's been out for days! The response I got was 'we will get to it as and when we can' what exactly am I paying council tax for if they can be arsed to empty the bloody bins!!!!
