    Great company to deal with. There hampers are great quality and really lovely gift. I received a hamper from them as a present, unfortunately the mug in it was broken from the delivery. But I contacted them directly to see what could be done as I really loved the mug. They were so quick to respond and it was resolved ASAP. Would defbrecommend them.

    UPDATED it's been over a week and still NO REPLY ON THE MISSING BUNNIES......... I ordered the easter basket for 2. I had forget it was Easter weekend and only realised on the Thursday. This place did next day delivery. That's the big reason I ordered from here. It arrived Friday. My kids opened it on Sunday morning. It was meant to have a card from the easter bunny in it. There was no card in the basket and a packet of 5 mini lint bunnies were missing. I got back onto the company and they were less than helpful. They asked for a picture of the basket before it was opened? Why would I have taken a picture? The card which is the only thing they addressed in the conversation was tapped to the outside of the postal box and covered by my address. I have never orderd a hamper where the card is in the outside of postal box and not on or in the hamper. I was actually glad the card wasnt in the hamper as it was cheap and tacky it was a printed sticker on a cheap card. The company said they have other options and I should have asked for a better card........ there is no option when buying for a better card so how is a customer to know??? I got back on about the missing bunnies and have been ignored. I calculated the shop price for each individual thing in the basket and it came to about €50 so they made at least €40 profit. Which is probably more because they would bulk buy 4 cheaper than normal shop prices so they would have made more than €40 profit. I'm disgusted that after the money I paid they have ignored me over the missing bunnies. I could understand a busy period and making a mistake.... but I do not understand being ignored and them not wanting to even suggest replacing the bunnies. If I hear back I will keep you posted but I would never ever buy from these again EVER. I've attached picks of the card so badly done and hiding on the box

    First experience at buying a hamper. Ordered 2 different ones. One was delivered (nice hamper). I was confused at which one came because it wasn't clear and trawling through contents on the site was time consuming to figure out going back and forth to each box, and the outer box had already been recycled, so they immediately sent the one I said I thought was missing (can't fault the customer service) but it was the most expensive one which came again. Surely their records should've shown which was sent instead of leaving it up to me to figure out. The website clearly had different colour packaging which was confusing. Now I have a duplicate I don't want and stuck with and made to feel I did this on purpose to get the expensive one again. Offered to pay the extra but wasn't an experience I'll repeat.
