Ordered an item in late December for someone's birthday in early January. Item was despatched quickly however, despite a hold up with the couriers was seemingly mis-delivered which I had no visibility of. I emailed in early Jan to chase however ended up having to go through Etsy to get a response despite my ordering direct through the website. Once I'd managed to alert the company that I'd not received the item they did respond promptly, politely and honestly about what had gone wrong however did not immediately refund which, given they knew it would not be possible to fore-fill the order, I was disappointed by. I was also disappointed that I'd not had any communication as to the progress of the delivery (or lack there-of) or that my reply emails went into their Junk Email folder. I'm sure Basket Barn have had better days however I came away disappointed. A shame all round.
