This center was excellent before taken over by Better UK. My kids do swimming lessons there and it was great. But now, they take 5 mins out of every lesson to "check" the children in meaning that they lose 5 minutes swimming time. When I asked about when my free lesson would be (the 7th one) I received no response. They now make the kids wear swimming hats for no other reason than they can't remember which kids are in which grade. And to top it all off they just increased their prices despite the service going down hill. I do not recommend. What I do recommend is looking at other providers in the area for swimming lessons. There are some excellent ones and I am planning to switch soon. Revision to my review: the organisation of the swim school has got better. They no longer take 5+ minutes to get the children into the pool. However they are still insisting on this ridiculous thing about the children all wearing swimming hats. I've been told it's for cleanliness of the pool. I will believe this if you can confirm that when people come for family swim they are also forced to wear swimming hats for cleanliness of the pool. I counter this with my arguement that the only reason they make the children wear swimming hats is so that they can see what grade they're in.
