FAQ

What is your pricing structure for wholesale ceramic purchases?

At Basingstoke Garden Centre, we offer competitive pricing for our wholesale ceramic purchases. Our prices vary based on the quantity and type of ceramic product you are interested in purchasing. Please contact us directly for a quote.

What is your delivery timeline for wholesale ceramic orders?

We strive to provide prompt delivery for all of our wholesale ceramic orders. Our delivery timeline may vary based on the quantity and type of ceramic product you are interested in purchasing, as well as your location. Please contact us directly for a more accurate estimate.

Do you offer any customization options for the boots?

As a garden centre, we do not offer boots for sale. We specialize in agricultural productions, aquatic centres, artificial plant suppliers, bonsai plant suppliers, ceramic manufacturers, garden centres, lawn mower stores, lighting wholesalers, plant nurseries, produce wholesalers, sand plants, stone suppliers, topsoil suppliers, and more.

What safety measures do you have in place, such as lifeguards and first aid equipment?

As a garden centre and retailer, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers and employees. We have trained staff on site who can provide basic first aid assistance if needed. However, we do not have lifeguards on duty as we do not have swimming facilities on our premises.

What are your operating hours and do you offer extended care?

Our operating hours vary depending on the season. During the summer months, we are typically open from 9am to 6pm, and during the winter months, we close at 5pm. We do not offer extended care as we are a retail establishment and not a daycare or after-school program.

Do not use this garden centre happy to take your money on a x display bistro set for it to have bolts missing, they then took it back and gave me one in a box but it was horrendous to put together and the comment from the staff was we haven't dealt with that company for a year shame they didn't tell us before they took our £150 and not even a apology shocking customer service
