Kick boxing as such is the combination of two previously existing disciplines: Japanese karate and Western boxing. It is a contact sport that alternates boxing punches and martial arts kicks. . It is a great sport that combines strength, resistance and aerobic exercise, which makes it very complete and beneficial. Here in Basingstoke freestyle kickboxing there are classes for the smallest of the family to the oldest. When I went this Saturday and saw both children and adults practicing this sport, I was amazed. Steve is the teacher and he is a man with a lot of wisdom, respect, kindness and discipline. You can see that from the beginning there is a very good and healthy atmosphere and among all the students there is unparalleled respect. I 100% recommend that anyone, regardless of age, sign up for this kickboxing school. My 14-year-old daughter left her first class super motivated and wants to continue at all costs. If you have come to read up to this point, it is because you are really interested in taking classes at this school. Basingstoke freestyle kickboxing is the number one school. Do not look and sign up for this school
