Gave 4 statements by hand to the Usher at the Reception desk about my ex partner and what she has done over years, the 4 statements disappeared. Ex partner made up false allegations against me with no proof to back it up. Definitely bias towards the fathers and judges accept false allegations from ex partners with no evidence to back it up, this is an absolute joke basically in layman terms your ex-partner can make up allegations as she goes along to hinder the court cases based on hearsay. From my own personal experience the system is designed against the father's of the children 5/6 case hearings and still no progress the pen is going to drop very soon with the next court case. Update CPS had no evidence to bring to trial and decided to drop the case costing me thousands trying to intimidate you into pleading guilty for things you haven't done with no evidence they are liars and very selective in what they use it's all about money. I can guarantee the false allegations were still used against me with granting me access. Gaving me access twice a month a total of 58 hours absolute joke minimum access. It's was made clear that we have to negotiate access. It's kind of obvious why I went to court in the first there was no negotiate with my ex partner to get access. I've gone around in a big circle and got nowhere. Cascaff bias towards me due to my ex partner's false allegations. Best thing is To Say Nothing they will twisted in use it against you. Just be patient write down everything and keep it as evidence with proof, then go back to court with a new application it's a slow progress but you'll get there in the end. Nearly 4 years on and still negotiation with ex partner. This system is a joke the last court case in September 2022 changed the wording in the existing court order to strongly encourage negotiation instead of encouraging negotiation.

Awful service. Slow to reply, do not answer questions fully and repeatedly fail to send out official orders.

I have applied for a c79 enforcement order as I've not seen my son in three months now I couldn't hear a thing that was being said on my hearing the judge was incredibly rude he offered me 10 years in prison for denying a false conviction would let me have any say or explain my side of the story. This man had made no attempt to look into the case and wanted me to video call a two year old for contract with a mother that non molestation charged me on complete lies case continues johnathan should be fired from this position. He is an absolute joke and a disgrace to the courts

Judges at this particular court are bias to fathers and will happily accept false allegations from ex partners without any evidence to substantiate them, had to get case transferred to a High Court where the case was decided fairly.
