Five stars for Basingstoke Airport Services!! The taxi booked to take us to the airport arrived 15 minutes early, and the driver showed excellent customer service, he was professional, courteous and very helpful, we had quite a lot of luggage and the driver loaded it into his bus with ease, making sure it was loaded in such a way that the suitcases would not bounce around and get damaged. The journey to the airport was very stress free, and we enjoyed the conversation with the driver. On our return, our flight was delayed and the driver who picked us up was monitoring the flight on his tracker, so was fully aware of the situation. And we thanked him for waiting, for which he was very patient, friendly and did not charge us extra. If you want a reliable, stress free service, I would highly recommend this company.

First time user of Basingstoke Airport Transfers. Very pleased with service. Sandi, the owner, replied to my initial enquiry regarding the booking within 24hrs and confirmed booking by email. The driver arrived on time and the vehicle was comfortable and very clean. On arrival at the airport for the return pickup the driver telephoned me to confirm they were only 5 minutes away. Have already booked next transfer. Would totally recommend.
