Great place for a few hours, lovely and quiet. We've taken our (now 17 month old) here a few times over the last year and it's always been lovely and quiet, except for the times when the reenactments have been going on. The people running the reenactments are friendly, knowledgeable and very happy to chat about something they are obviously passionate about. The walled garden is a lovely place to stop for lunch, and the staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. £9/year each is a ludicrously good deal and we will most certainly be back soon. Keep up the great work everyone.
