Tried to order through Deliveroo. Made a mistake and made a second order for the right pizza. Restaurant called to confirm and clarify the double order. Was ok with both pizzas being sent but they offered to cancel the wrong one. Worst way to do it is by shouting over the phone and speaking to a customer with absolutely no respect. They also hung up on me while I was speaking and explaining my order. Will never go to order from this restaurant again. Thankfully Deliveroo helped mediate this and refunded my order.
