Due to GP not giving face to face appointment for my 3 year old granddaughter we had to go via 111 and get an appointment with a doctor through them, The dermatology dept is where you are sent, The staff are excellent and they put GP surgeries to shame!

They have cancelled my son's appointment. I just can't get through on the phone and this includes them picking the phone up and putting it straight down again. Unbelievable! Rang their department directly and they just plonked me straight back to the line which no one answers, before I had time to protest that it is never answered!
