One star is way too much for this offices. Went there after waiting more than two months for appointment that was made through the GRO office and through essex registry office all the documents been sent and everything was fine to go ahead and guess what after turning at our appointment in basildon registry offices the blond young lady not sure about her name in her 30s told us we couldn’t go ahead as there was something wrong!!!! What could be wrong when we had green light to go ahead from main registry office and essex registry office. This is a joke and waste of time. Absolutely racist and discrimination. Will complain to the head office about this.

Had to visit here in order to book our wedding, as well as register the birth of our daughter. From the lady on the telephone, to the ladies on reception, and the lady registrar we spoke and dealt with, they were brilliant. Helpful, friendly, and with our wedding arrangements, could tell I was nervous and stressed out, and were happy to take their time and guide me through the process.
