I am actually appalled with this office. I have been on the phone filing complaints with royal mail all week because of them. I bought some live insects to feed my pets from an online shop, paid for next day delivery, this was on sunday. They was posted early monday. Next day came, no package, "couldn't attempt delivery" checked for a red note, nothing. Next day still nothing, called royal mail and they said they ran out of time to post my package on Tuesday and that they should of posted next day. They didn't even come to my door to post a red note. My Mum went to this office on Thursday with my ID asking for my package, as it's live food and they will die if not brought home. They told her "we're too tired to look for it right now, it's been a long day." Incredibly rude woman. I'm guessing this was the same lady everyone is also complaining about. It is now Saturday and I still don't have my live feed. We have a complaint filed for this office as they let my live feed die. This package clearly has the words "LIVE ANIMALS" on it. And they have let it sit and rot in the post office because they are too lazy to repost it. Absolutely appalling.

I use to visit this post office 3 to 4 times but I m totaly unsatisfied due to one of the #ASIAN LADY sitting their is very arrogant no smile on her face at all talks in attitude with us and doesn't guide us politely with what ever issue we have. She always treated wrongly to us all the time we went their we don't know what attitude she has UK is not the country of keeping attitude to each other we should always be helpful to each other and dear Asian lady you are paid to to serve us politely and calm ly.

I am not satisfied with the service. There is one Indian lady who is always rude and never ready to help. I have been this post office four times and she treated very disrespectfully. She never want to help and also never answer our questions properly. She is having very bad attitude.

The woman everyone is complaining about in the reviews is a problem. Overcharging and overselling stamps/ postage that I haven’t asked for is wrong. If I ask for a 1st signed for, do not charge me for a special 1 day guarantee because you want to even though I’ve said no. It’s ridiculous. Not the first time she’s done this. The first time I let it go. But after today & reading the other reviews it’s a pattern. Last time I’ll be using this branch.
