Terrible..from arrogant staff to poor advice coupled with negligence..they compromise and avoid vital tests..young inexperienced vets make an ill uninformed diagnosis scimp on appropriate tests... result..two dogs dead within 3 months..the last one sent away with paracetamol collapsed on the way out and was dead within the hour...not even given a blood test nothing despite me saying the dogs really ill the vet couldnt see it and said come back if she doesnt get better its appalling! ..I could go on but this really is a last resort service and it's gone down hill massively over the years
