Disgusting having to pay for garden waste to be removed when the council didn't deliver pink sacks for ages and black sack delivery is vito'd. Called numerous times to get answers and all lines go to answer machine even though supposed to be available until 1700

Very poor service. Difficult to speak to/contact relevant department. When I eventually did get through to someone about a parks issue, I was put on hold and rudely cut off. A subsequent call of over 1 hour was unanswered. Extremely frustrating and in all likelihood, they are all "working" from home and refusing to accept their responsibilities.

I have been trying to contact Osmaan Ahmed. The automated system just keeps taking messages but no one bothers to respond. I have just left message no 5. At no point can you speak to a person. Therefore the automated system is not fit for purpose. What does it take to speak to a human being.

Update- was on the phone to them for 4 hours and a lady called Pauline answered and hung up she’s done this several times on the past and now I have to wait again just to find out what on earth is going on with my application. They spoke to me on the phone previously and said I’m in a council house waiting to be moved which isn’t the case clearly so someone had misread something. My case worker Lauren hasn’t contacted me for the 11months I’ve had my application! Ridiculous that I still haven’t been accepted to bid or even had my account reviewed. I applied for housing when I was 6 months pregnant. They accepted my application and the after I gave birth to my son I had to re apply as one of the lady’s over the phone said I had to. It’s been 5 months since that they said they was going to review my application and have delayed it in many ways. I have a 5 month old baby living from a room. He needs a cot and I’m unable to get one due to the room I’m in being small. You and your service are useless. And so are the rude women on the phones.

I would give them less than zero if I could. Silly farce over charging for Green waste. The planning is a waste of time as you can build what you like on certain sites and enforcement on noise nuisance is non existant. A total waste of public funds and should be all voted out.

0 stars Anti-social behaviour team. What a disgrace. It's ok for a man to bully intimidate a woman and a toddler screaming abuse through the walls, chucking furniture around like a caged animal. But a toddler making noise on a daily basis and doing washing is anti-social behaviour.

Expect you to live in war times, No washing machine Severe lack of compassion, understanding and empathy, Outrageous disgusting comments like That's what a launderette is for Get your family or friends to wash your clothes. A child making noise on a daily basis is anti-social behaviour. Threatened with eviction over using a washing machine Apparently a washing machine isn't needed Next thing they going to tell you a toilet isn't needed go to the toilet outside. Completely inappropriate comments Staff are very cold hearted with a lack of compassion towards familys and family life and even children

Basildon council the worst landlord I've ever come across , I have a 2-year old the man that lives underneath has continuously screamed abuse at me through the walls over my toddler making any kind of natural behaviour noises he is even admitted it to Basildon council yet nothing has been done. Not been provided with washing machine adaptions been told, that's what a launderette is for, or get my family to wash my clothes, having to hand wash my clothes in a bath, no understanding or compassion, forced to live in over crowded unacceptable conditions constantly abused and harassed over normal living things, like a toddler making noise or washing clothes. Toddler making noise on a daily basis can be classed as anti-social behaviour and threatened with eviction over washing my clothes.

I can only speak as I find. Always hang on to speak to someone. They are polite helpful and honest. Not had anyone promise something that they haven't gone ahead and sorted for me. Asked loads of questions and pleased with how knowledgeable the people were. It's not an easy job as they must get some right pains in the backside ringing up wanting everything handed to them on a plate. So thanks for the help. Will use again.
