From start to finish and despite, it was an easy process which was well communicated at all times. Despite an issue with the original installer, Maj re-arranged another contractor on the same day to come and Install the A/C as we needed it urgently. My Wife phoned up and made a booking for them to install an Air Con unit, she arranged a date/Time and price over the phone, they said they would send through details of the job and they would us call the Friday before to confirm. My Wife had to chase them as we hadn't received anything through the post and had not received the call on the Friday. They agreed that they would be here at 12 noon on the Monday, my wife then received a text message saying thank you for your booking and we would see you Monday Morning at 9am. We had arranged for someone to be here to let them in and no one turned up at 9am, We left it until 12:30 and they still hadn't arrived, we contacted them and they said they would call us back to let us know what had happened, Still no call back an hour later, We contacted them again and we was told that there had been a mix up and that nobody had put a time on the job sheet and that they he will call back in 5 minutes to let us know a time, Half hour later we contacted them again to now be told that they wasn't going to install and that the visit was just for a quotation. I would not recommend this company has they haven't a clue what they are doing
