a wonderful husband and wife team. customer service is incredible. i bought a map of south africa 'been there, done that print' and it came beautifully wrapped up and i'm so pleased with it, it is SO beautiful. everytime i look at it on my living room wall it makes me smile. i half expected it to come rolled up in a tube, it might seem like a small thing but the level that basil & ford had gone to packing up my order really just shows how much they love what they do and their customers. i have already purchased another print from them.

Ordered a print product for a retirement gift. When it was initially delivered it had been damaged by the delivery company. Matt and Lucy created a new set and sent it to me within a tight timeframe to ensure i had this in time for presentation. Swift, polite communication via email and an excellent product which is made with quality materials. I would definately recommend using this company in the future. Excellent service and gifts.

Couldn't have wished for better! I've had the idea of a personalised map triptych in my head for a while, and hadn't been able to find the relevant maps. Had looked for someone who offered this service, but couldn't find anything until recently. Matt, (the Basil in Basil & Ford, or maybe it's the Ford :-/ ) responded to my order promptly, I opted to have the first draft sent to me before signing off, and asked for a few tweaks. He responded very quickly, with all of my changes incorporated. Throughout he was pleasant, courteous and humorous. Final result arrived yesterday, needless to say I'm thrilled. It's exactly what I was hoping for. My only complaint is that it was so nicely packed, my repacking after having a quick look at it is nowhere near as neat!
